Introduction
These general terms and conditions (the “General Conditions”) apply when you as a consumer (the “Customer”) place an order via www.chevalli.com. The agreement is concluded between you and Revier AS (Chevalli), company reg. no. 929029852 . Detailed contact information and other information about Revier AS (Chevalli) can be found on the website.
The conditions can be revised without notification and the date at bottom will show the last revision. Please read through the conditions before ordering. When you accept a transaction with us, you are also accepting our conditions of purchase. The transaction is complete once you have received your confirmation of order, and it is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that all information provided, such as your name, e-mail address, postal address etc. are correct.
Prices and taxes
From time to time prices are subject to change in response to currency fluctuations, markdowns and other commercial factors. Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on our website are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancel it.
The prices stated on the Website apply to orders placed on the Website. All relevant taxes and duties are included in the product price. A shipping cost will be added at check-out, but free shipping is offered on all orders above € 150.
Payment
For Norwegian customers we offer checkout with the following payment solutions: Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. In addition, you can choose Klarna – Pay later or financed and Vipps Express check out.
We also offer Klarna for these countries: Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Finland, Germany, England and Netherlands.
Vipps is also available for Denmark and Finland.
Visa and Mastercard available for all countries.
Payments made on our website are just as secure as payment in a shop. The site is secured by SSL and all card details are encrypted. That means that no one can read your credit card number, name or address when the data is sent via the Internet.
Revier AS (Chevalli) reserves the right to check card validity, address details of the purchaser and that there are funds available to cover the purchase price.
When paying by card, the money will be reserved in your account when placing the order, and deducted when the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Delivery
We ship to Norway and to most countries. When your package is shipped you will get an email that includes a link you can use to track your package . Delivery time is usually uptown 3 days for Norwegian customers, and 3-5 days for other countries.
Transport damage or undelivered products: If the goods are damaged or lost during transport, please take a photo of the package and the product, and let us know as soon as possible at complaint@chevalli.com and we will help you further.
Returns and exchanges
You have the right to cancel and return your order for any reason from the date you receive your order until 14 days post recieval. If you have been charged for the item(s), you will receive a refund once the package is received at our warehouse, which will include the initial delivery cost (if applicable).
Should you choose to keep certain items and only partially return your order, the initial delivery cost will not be refunded. If you wish to return your order, please use the pre-printed return shipping label in your package, and return the item(s) to us as set out. Drop off your items at the access point. Please note that a handling cost of NOK 70 for the return will be deducted from your payment
Revier AS (Chevalli) guarantees a refund for any returned items, provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. The product must not be used and the tag must be intact.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The refund will be carried out as soon as and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your returned goods at the warehouse.
If the item you have received is defective, please contact Revier AS (Chevalli) immediately and return the item in the same way as stated above. Revier AS (Chevalli) will for any products deemed defective, provide a full refund, including the costs of delivery and return.
the provisions set forth herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights in the event of an error in connection with any products or services displayed through chevalli.com. Revier AS (Chevalli) reserves the right to cancel any order prior to the time it is delivered to you.
Products can not be exchanged for a different product, size or color. In this event, you should return the product(s) according to the process outlined above and place a new order on chevalli.com.
Complaints and defects
If you have a complaint or experience a defect on your CHEVALLI product, please contact us at complaint@chevalli.com. We hope to find good and sustainable solutions for all complaints, and we wish to cooperate with each customer to find a fitting solution for each individual case.
As a customer you have the right to complain within reasonable time from receiving the product. We will strive to resolve the issue by either repair, replacement or a refund. Repairing a product is always our top goal, so we often give you some alternatives for repairing your product if possible. Please note that we will always aim to repair the product first, if possible, as this is the most sustainable solution. If the product is not possible to repair, we will either send you a new item, refund you for your purchase, or give you a voucher.
We reserve the right to deny any claim which we do not see as faulty from production or quality
Withdrawal of order
Once an order has been successfully processed and you have received the order confirmation we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order. Once you have received your unwanted order please return this back to us in accordance with the Return section above for a full refund.
Uncollected packages
All our orders are sent directly from our warehouse. It is not possible to change/cancel an order once it has been placed. A charge of NOK 250 will be withdrawn for uncollected packages to cover the cost of return and handling.
Colors
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. The colors you will see depend on your computer system and we can not guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.
Ownership of rights
All intellectual property rights, such as copyright and trademark at chevalli.com remain with Revier AS (Chevalli). Any use of chevalli.com or its contents, including copying and storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non commercial use is prohibited without our prior permission.
Force Majeure
Revier AS (Chevalli) is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond Revier AS’s (Chevalli) control, e.g. general labour dispute, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changed governmental orders, technical problems, defects in power- /tele-/computer communications or other communication and defects or delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to circumstances set forth above. Such circumstances shall result in relief from damages and other measures. If any such situation should arise, Revier AS (Chevalli) shall inform the Customer accordingly both at the beginning and the end of the period for the current situation. If the situation has lasted for more than two months, both the Customer and Revier AS (Chevalli) are entitled to terminate the purchase with immediate effect.
Changes to the general conditions
Revier AS (Chevalli) reserves the right to change these General Conditions at all times. Any changes to these General Conditions will be posted on the Website.
Disputes
The Parties shall seek to resolve any disputes between them. If this is not possible, the matter can be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Council in the area in which you live. All disputes shall be resolved according to Norwegian law.
