Withdrawal of order
Once an order has been processed and you have received the order confirmation, we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order.
Do you want to return an item you have purchased from us?
Then we must be notified within 14 days after you as a customer have received the item. Send an e-mail to retur@chevalli.com, mark the e-mail with the right of withdrawal and the order number in the subject line.
We follow the Right of Withdrawal Act. You must include a completed withdrawal form using the right of withdrawal. Link to this form can be found here: Cancellation form ENG. This form is completed and returned to us together with the item (can also be sent to us by e-mail – retur@chevalli.com, please note that the item returned must then be marked with the order number and who is returning).
The consumer has the right to test/examine the goods in order to determine its nature, characteristics and function. But it must not be in such a way that the item loses its function, nature or properties for any further sale. The consumer should be careful and careful in his research. If it is necessary to break the seal, this should be done in a gentle manner.
The product must be properly packed in a box or a refund envelope or similar. The original product’s packaging must be in the return package in its original condition.
Return postage is paid by the sender and sent by PostNord or Posten/Bring for domestic shipments and DHL for international shipments as a normal parcel without cash on delivery.
Revier AS (Chevalli) reserves the right to accept or reject refunds where the product is not in saleable condition.
Items sent on cash on delivery will not be collected. We appreciate if you include a few words that and explain why you are returning the item.
After we have received your order, you will be credited within 14 days by right of withdrawal.
Conditions for the goods to be exchanged are that they are unused, the original packaging is undamaged and Revier AS (Chevalli) must also be informed of the customer’s wish to exchange the item. If the return relates to a complaint, the item must be cleaned and washed.
When exchanging goods, Revier AS (Chevalli) will send the product to be exchanged free of charge once per order. For a second exchange, we will charge normal shipping costs.
If we do not have the size/color the customer wants in stock, we will notify the customer of this and refund the money for the item back.

Basically, the item should be sent back in the same condition as it was received, make sure that the item is securely packed so that it does not take damage in the return. You are responsible for the package until it is in our hands, so save the receipt and any tracking. Also remember that you as a customer are responsible for covering shipping costs on items you want to regret.
We would like you to use PostNord or Posten/Bring when returning goods.
Right of withdrawal
According to the Right of Withdrawal Act, the cancellation period applies from the day the buyer received the goods and 14 days ahead (Act of 20 June 2014 No. 27 on the duty of disclosure and right of withdrawal for distance sales and sales outside fixed business premises). There is no requirement for a reason for right of withdrawal, but we appreciate if you can give us a little explanation (so we can possibly improve).
If you want to regret the purchase, return the item in the same condition as you received it and attach the completed right of withdrawal formRight of withdrawal form (which was enclosed in the shipment), you will then receive a refund of what you have paid. Please note that the consumer/buyer/customer must bear the costs of returning goods sent back to Revier AS (Chevalli). Goods sent on demand are not collected.
In order for you to claim your right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after you have received the item you wish to cancel. As a customer, you are responsible for covering shipping costs on goods you wish to regret. See additional information on the

Offers/Promotions
The promotion/sale is valid for as long as the inventory holds.
Subject to errors in the advertisement or in inventory.
We make all our customers aware that merchandise has no exchange or return policy. But you can of course use your right of withdrawal.
SPECIALLY ORDERED PRODUCTS
Specially ordered products have no right of return or exchange / right of withdrawal as it is considered to be a personal product, including embroidered products.
COMPLAINTS
If there is a defect in the item, the buyer must, within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered, notify the seller that he or she will invoke the defect.
The item must be cleaned and washed.
Postage returns are paid by the sender and sent by Postnord or Posten/Bring as a normal parcel without cash on delivery. Items sent on cash on delivery will not be collected. The sender is responsible for informing Revier AS (Chevalli.com) of the tracking number on the return package. If you choose to send the package without a tracking number, you have no rights if the package should be lost. We strongly recommend that you return the package with one tracking number and send us an email with the tracking number
Damaged goods/misdelivery
If you discover that an item is damaged on delivery, or that Revier AS (Chevalli.com) has sent you an incorrect item, contact us on hello@chevalli.com

Unreleased packages
Unfortunately, we have to invoice for packages, which are not picked up by the deadline. We currently calculate a fee of NOK 300, this is to cover the expenses incurred in postage/return postage, collection fee and packing. This regardless of whether there are items on sale, free shipping promotions etc.
